Iterative Cycle
Every two months teams are presented with their
happiness report showing previous and new
results. They assess improvements and target
areas for improvement, undertake action
planning, and negotiate a happiness charter of
actions they commit to.
Weekly reviews help operationalize change and
maintain commitment.
Happiness Champions in each team identify blockage
factors, provide a listening post and relay station, and reinforce the change
process.
Supervisors and managers role model and operationalize change, and cross-
fertilize goals between different teams.
Ongoing iteration drives continuous change and improvement.
Powerful and Economical
Annual user licenses cost $5 per participant per month.
This includes access to training, online assessment, personal reports, and

On-boarding, training, and results coaching is provided by certified
