permanent behaviour change.
Foundation Training
Art of Stress starts with a two-day
foundation training, followed by
three weeks of daily self-practice
sessions of 20-30 minutes.
The training includes workbooks and
extensive before-and-after
measurement of stress and
happiness variables to confirm your
results.
Art of Stress foundation training includes five important elements that help
build Happiness Intelligence:
1.
EDUCATION in the science of happiness, unhappiness, and laughter
provides general knowledge and builds an understanding of how
these continually change our energy, physical and mental health,
relationships, performance, emotions, immune
function, and even our values and beliefs.
2.
SELF DISCOVERY is developed though
mindfulness training that guides the
behaviour change process.
3.
BEHAVIOR CHANGE training empowers
and drives the process of ongoing life
change.
4.
CONSCIOUS FEEDBACK helps to understand
and measure the results of behaviour change,
builds further self-knowledge, and guides future
change.
5.
AEROBIC LAUGHTER builds happiness, emotional awareness, and
accelerates the development of Happiness Intelligence.
Who Should Train?
Everyone can benefit from increased energy, happiness and life success.
Art of Stress training is especially recommended for people with high levels
or stress, worry, burnout, low energy, recurring depression, seniors, and
those with serious health problems.
We recommend training together with one or more friends, family
members, or colleagues if possible as practicing together really enhances
results.
